Individual Therapy

Feel better. Inside. Strive towards your goals with one-on-one therapy. Meet with Jeffrey for sessions that focus on your development. Some of the concerns brought to therapy include relationship issues, depression, nervousness and anxiety, stress management, among others. At this time, we work with adults (18+) for individual sessions.

We work comfortably with straight and GLBT&Q individuals.

Life Coaching

Coaching is an excellent way to work on and reach personal and professional goals. Coaching is a facilitated process of goal identification, strategy development, and implementation. Having a coach can take you from thinking about the changes you want to actually implementing a plan in a forum which encourages accountability to achieving them. To oversimplify, the main difference between therapy and coaching is that coaching is mainly forward looking, much more time limited, and works with concrete goals and skills building.
